Appointment Policies & Conditions

Thank you for taking the time to read through my booking conditions. These guidelines help keep things clear, respectful, and smooth for both of us.

Booking Fee

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment once a date has been agreed upon. This fee covers the time spent preparing your tattoo and is deducted from the final price.

Your appointment is only confirmed once the fee has been received. The proposed time slot is not guaranteed if the fee is not paid within 24 hours.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling is possible with at least 72 hours notice. After this period, additional fees may apply to secure a new appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation.

A delay of more than 30 minutes without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

Designs & Process

Designs are revealed on the day of the appointment. Any necessary adjustments will be made on the spot. No designs are sent in advance via message.

Flash designs are repeatable, but never tattooed exactly the same way twice. Each piece is slightly adapted — including color, size, or small details — to better fit the placement and body.

Custom work is available upon request depending on the project.

Artist Rights

I reserve the right to cancel an appointment without refund if I am no longer comfortable with the request, or in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Communication

Clear communication is appreciated at every step of the process. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out before booking.

If you have any specific needs or conditions, you can also contact me in advance so we can see if adjustments are possible.
