Tattoo Booking Form

✦ Custom tattoo requests are limited.

✦ Please browse my flash book first and screenshot any designs you'd like to upload in this booking form. If something catches your eye, I prioritize flash bookings.

✦ If you have a very specific project in mind, you’re in the right place. Submit your idea here and I’ll get back to you shortly if I feel I can meet your expectations and vision.

 

✦ My studio is located in Limoilou (Québec City).

The full address will be shared upon appointment confirmation.

​✦ Once we’ve agreed on a date, a $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee covers the time spent preparing your tattoo and is deducted from the final price. Your appointment is confirmed once the fee has been received.

​

✦ Please note: I ask for at least 72 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.​
